REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

 

Author Registration closes on 30 May 2016 . For your PRESENTATION to be in schedule and printed in the programme brochure , we MUST receive the completed CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE FORM for at least one author for each paper presented before  9 JULY 2016.

 

Author registrations will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a designee who will present the paper at the conference.

 

Email or send the REGISTRATION FORM  and ABSTRACT to  us

before 22 APRIL 2016 and CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE FORM before 9JULY 2016.

 

PAYMENT:

All payments MUST be made in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

· By cheque drawn on Malaysia bank cheque account.

· By bank draft or money order to BENDAHARI Tabung

· By bank transfer to CIMB BANK 1505-0010-541058

      (Malaysia Account ONLY- BUDI account)

· By CASH on the registration day (1-3 September 2016)

 

If payment is made by bank transfer please send proof of payment  (payment receipt) with the Registration Form by email to sjk-jpwpl@mail.com or khazphd@outlook.com or suryana2015@gmail.com OR fax to 087-583355, attention to Head of Quality Assurance Sector, Labuan Education Department OR hand it to the secretariat during conference registration day.
