LICER 2016 will address pertinent issues and themes relating to educational   research in enhancing the evolution of pedagogy and educational management. The aim of this conference is to provide the opportunity to teachers, school leaders, academicians and professionals from  various field within education  cross-disciplinary interest to bridge the gap in knowledge and promote research   esteem.  LICER 2016 invites research papers that encompass  action research,            conceptual, analysis methodology, performance evaluation and surveys in the field of education.
